- Budget update

- Board elections - seeking candidates for Vice President and Treasurer. If you'd like to submit your name nomination please email the board at ncjrhoa@gmail.com.

- Covenants update and/or board's ability to formally approve business licenses when required by the State of North Carolina on behalf of neighborhood.

- View proposed covenant changes here that seek to clarify home-based businesses and allow fencing to screen customary residential mechanical or storage items if a homeowner desires. 

- Other outstanding homeowner issues.
